PTC Holding became the winner of the First National Award in the field of transport and logistics “Magistral”. The company has been awarded major awards in two categories at once: “Mastery of transport Management” and “The best media initiative”. An award ceremony was held in Astana today.
PTC Holding has initiated and is implementing a number of major international projects: a transport and logistics center in Tashkent (Uzbekistan), a multimodal terminal in Poti (Georgia), is increasing the capacity of its own Dostyk TransTerminal cargo terminal. PTC Holding has already invested more than 200 billion tenge in the innovation of freight wagons and the construction of modern railway infrastructure in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Today, the Group holds a 15% share in the total volume of transit container traffic in Kazakhstan due to high-quality service and its own infrastructure.
The statuette “Mastery of transport Management” was presented to Chairman of the Board Timur Karabaev. He congratulated his colleagues on the appearance of his industry award in the country.
“The year 2023 has become very important for the transport industry. This year, the Ministry of Transport was recreated. A lot has been done, more remains to be done, and there are many challenges. And collecting and celebrating the merits of transport experts is a great incentive to move on,” Timur Karabayev said.

The second statuette in the nomination “Best Media Initiative” was presented to the Director of Development Olzhas Arykbayev for the project “Transport and Logistics” on the Atameken Business TV channel. The first program was released in September 2016. As of today, more than 300 programs have already been aired. Also, a subsidiary of PTC Cargo was awarded a diploma in the nomination “The best project of the Year – Dostyk TransTerminal container cargo transshipment terminal (Kazakhstan-China).

Magistral is the first national award in the field of transport and logistics. It is held under the auspices of the Association of Corporate Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
