The message in the capsule was laid today in the port of Poti at the start of construction of the multimodal terminal of Kazakhstan and Georgia. It is addressed to descendants and should be opened 50 years later in 2073.

On August 11, 2023, in the port of Poti (Georgia), in honor of the start of construction of the Kazakh-Georgian multimodal terminal of JSC «Poti TransTerminal», a letter was written for posterity. This message will be stored in a special capsule. The text of the letter is filled with pride and hopes of today’s historic day for the PTC Holding Group of Companies.

The letter notes the importance of the transit potential of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Georgia, as well as the prospects for the development of the Poti Transterminal terminal. Future generations have a mission to develop this potential by creating a transport and logistics link between Europe and Asia through the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route.

The multimodal terminal of JSC «Poti TransTerminal» is a modern transport and logistics complex located at the end point of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route on the Black Sea and provides an opportunity to form a closed logistics cycle for cargo traffic between Europe and Asia.

From the moment of writing this message, 50 years remain in the capsule until the future — a time full of opportunities and changes.
