«PTC Cargo» LLP started working in June 2021 as an international agent and operator of container trains. By December of last year, the company entered into export operations. Today it forms its own container trains, operates the railway terminal «Dostyk Trans Terminal» on the border with China. In total, 35 thousand containers were sent through it after incomplete 2021. Release 2 will increase cargo handling capacity. PTC Cargo aims to increase the capacity of the terminal and to use its full potential. In January, 30 trains of own container trains were formed, increasing the figure by three times compared to last year.

A unique feature of the terminal is its 1150 m long platform. This allows you to form and group container trains, for example, by combining two trains into one. After the launch of the second phase, it will be possible to handle 10 container trains per day instead of the current five.

At the moment «Dostyk Trans Terminal» is the only automated terminal on the border of Kazakhstan. PTC Cargo uses new technologies to provide faster service to customers and to serve more cargo. It can be said that the appearance of «Dostyk» helped to increase the transit potential of Kazakhstan and to solve some of the problems with cargo delays at the border and the quality of service in the field of logistics.
